Since our inception in 2016 our focus has been on multifamily real estate and early-stage venture capital investments. Grimley is dedicated to acquiring multifamily assets whose long-term stability will not be greatly impacted by climate related events and companies whose mission, technologies and outcomes are aligned to better the environment.
